POSTAGE & HANDLING

• We ship orders via Australia Post. Shipping rates calculated on our Website are for Standard Post.
• Most orders are posted the same day if placed before 12 noon, and same day / next day in pre Christmas period.
• Contact us if you would like to have your order posted on a specific date.
• If you would like to request Express and/or Registered Post, please Contact Us before placing an order as goods need to be weighed at Post office.
• Postage rates are priced separately for All Items, and a refund will apply for any excess charges for orders of multiple products if payment is made with PayPal.

POSTAGE RATES

Postage for all Standard Herb Garden Kits packed in a carton is $7.00 Australia wide.

Postage Rates to any NSW Post Code for the following are -

Growstack Planters and Herb Kit/Growstack Combos:  $10.00

Salsa Kit/Growstack Planter/Chilli Cookbook:  $12.00

Stack'nGro Planters and Herb Kit/Stack'nGro Combos:  $12.00

Planters and Combos are wrapped and packed in Australia Post tough bags.

Propagation Heat Mat $12.00

Raised Garden Bed Kits, flat pack cardboard carton:  $14.00  

Rates increase for all other States.

Online orders are paid using a PAYPAL Account with your Credit or Debit card.

Immediate and Secure - PayPal keeps your financial information SAFE when you buy online. 

Payments may also be made with a PayPal ECheque - this takes up to 5 days to clear.

EMAIL/PHONE WHEN PLACING AN ORDER IF PAYING BY THE FOLLOWING METHODS

• Personal Cheque - subject to clearance.  

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

There are some restrictions due to State Quarantine Laws, however, we are happy to replace any of the seeds listed below with the seeds of your choice.  Please email or phone your preferences for substitute seeds when placing your order.

We cannot ship Chilli, Tomato and Chive seeds to Tasmania, so please request substitute seeds for the following Kits for Tasmanian orders:  The Salsa Kit, The International Deluxe Herb Garden Kit, The Salad Garden Kit, and the Seed Packs.

We cannot ship Chamomile and Sweet Marjoram to Western Australia and Northern Territory, so please request substitute seeds for the Indoor Herbal Tea Kit, Culinary Kits and Seed Packs for the W.A. orders.

International Shipping

We ship Herb Garden Kits to HONG KONG. 

We cannot ship Herb Seed and Herb Kits to other destinations due to International Customs restrictions on seeds/Jiffy products.
